Sanderson CC13 Headers P/N SAN-CC13 (R/F/V/A) (P/C) PLEASE SPECIFY HEAD TYPE Plain: $228.00 (US) + $20.00 Shipping Coated: $384.00 (US) + $20.00 Shipping (Canada + $20.00 Shipping) (Nevada Res. add NV sales tax) All Alaska, Hawaii and international orders must e-mail for shipping costs. | Available in plain painted (P) or coated (C) with ceramic silver these headers can be tailor made to fit your standard chevy heads (R), Fastburn heads (F), Vortec heads (V), or Aftermarket heads (A). Please specify the type of heads you intend to use. These are shorty headers for your GM H-Body. They'll work with just about any engine mounting system available. This means you can use them with the factory V8 mounts, Don Hardy, Herbert-Meek/Hurst, Hooker, Motion Performance, Trans-dapt, and similar kits. They're designed with extra-thick exhaust port flanges for the best seal we've ever seen to combat the typical annoying header leak! They're a one-piece design which further prevents exhaust leaks that are common with multi-piece headers. This one-piece design means that the steering column must be temporarily removed to install the left (driver's side) header since one tube goes around the steering column. Sanderson also recommends you inspect your engine mounts, header bolts, and header to steering column clearance regularly to prevent the header from contacting the steering column causing steering interference. | |

P/N 20-100 CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK $565.25 + $68.00 Shipping (Nevada Res. add NV sales tax)

Includes headers with reducers, gaskets and bolts, frame adapters and transmission cross-member for 3speed, 4 speed, powerglide or 350 turbo. Pictorial instructions also included. Headers have 1 5/8" primaries. Some have had success using these on the Chevy Monza too, others have reported some difficulty using the mounts on later model H-Bodies (1975 - 1980). I have not tried the Don Hardy mounts, but it would seem to me that it would not be too difficult to get them to work. Many have reported that simply installing spacer plates (like those used in factory 4-cylinder installation) between the Hardy mounts and the unibody will allow use of the Don Hardy kit in the 1975-80 H-Bodies. If you don't have the 4-cyl plates, you should be able make simple spacer plates out of 1/4 to 3/8 steel.
